New users cannot register for the foruk at the current time. This is due to a large ammount of spam users joinging the forum, and no real users joining for the forseeable future.

User registrations have been re-enabled. I think the issue was that the image verification system was erroring and therefore defaulting to off. Should now be working correctly, so IN THEORY, no more randoms.
